Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Course Policy

Thank you for registering for your American Heart Association (AHA) course with Stat CPR Solutions. Please review the following policies carefully, as they are strictly enforced.

Class sizes are limited and governed by AHA instructor-to-student ratio requirements. Once you register, a seat is reserved specifically for you, and staffing, equipment, and scheduling arrangements are made accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be issued if cancellation is requested more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled course start date and time.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the course start time will incur a 75% cancellation fee.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or for students who fail to contact us to cancel or reschedule.

Rescheduling Policy

Courses may be rescheduled at no charge if the request is made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled course start time.
Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the course start time will incur a $30 rescheduling fee.
Students may reschedule one (1) time within two (2) months of the original course date, provided all rescheduling requirements are met.
After two (2) months from the original course date, no reimbursement or rescheduling will be permitted.

Renewal Course Responsibility Notice

Renewal courses require a current, unexpired provider card. It is the responsibility of the participant to verify the status and expiration date of their certification before registering.

If a student registers for a renewal course with an expired certification, this is not the responsibility of Stat CPR Solutions. If you are unable to participate and are asked to leave the class due to incorrect registration, only 50% of the course fee will be reimbursed, as your seat was reserved and scheduling accommodations were made.

We strongly encourage all participants to check their certification cards carefully prior to registration to avoid scheduling issues or loss of course fees.

Training Manuals

Training manuals are required for all AHA courses in accordance with AHA guidelines.
Manuals cannot be returned once delivered.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once manuals have been shipped.
