Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Course Policy
Thank you for registering for your American Heart Association (AHA) course with Stat CPR Solutions. Please review the following policies carefully. All cancellation and rescheduling policies are strictly enforced.
Class sizes are limited and must comply with AHA instructor-to-student ratio requirements. Once you register, a seat is reserved specifically for you, and staffing, equipment, and scheduling arrangements are made based on your registration.
Cancellation Policy
-A full refund will be issued when cancellation is requested more than 72 hours before the scheduled course start date and time.
-Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the scheduled course start time will receive a 50% refund of the course fee.
-Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled course start time are non-refundable.
-No refunds will be issued for no-shows or students who fail to contact Stat CPR Solutions regarding their attendance.
Rescheduling Policy
-You may reschedule your course one (1) time at no charge when your request is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled course start time.
-If you request to reschedule less than 24 hours before the scheduled course start time, you may reschedule one (1) time and a $30 rescheduling fee will apply.
-A course rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice becomes final. It cannot be canceled, refunded, or rescheduled again. No reimbursement will be provided if you are unable to attend the new course date.
-All rescheduled courses must be completed within one (1) month of the original course date.
-After one (1) month from the original course date, the registration expires and no refund, reimbursement, or additional rescheduling will be permitted.
Renewal Course Responsibility Notice
-Renewal courses require a current, unexpired provider card. It is the participant's responsibility to verify the status and expiration date of their certification before registering.
-If you register for a renewal course with an expired certification, you do not meet the requirements to participate in the renewal course. It is the student's responsibility to register for the correct course and verify that all course prerequisites are met before registration.
-If you are unable to participate or are asked to leave the course because your certification is expired or you do not meet the renewal course requirements, no refund or reimbursement will be issued.
-If you need to register for or transfer to the appropriate Initial course, your payment may be applied toward the Initial course. If the Initial course fee is higher than the amount you originally paid, you will be responsible for paying the difference in price before attending the course.
-Stat CPR Solutions is not responsible for registration errors or failure to meet course prerequisites. We strongly encourage all participants to verify their certification card, expiration date, and course eligibility before registering.
Training Manuals
-Training manuals are required for all AHA courses in accordance with AHA guidelines.
-Manuals cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.
-Shipping fees are non-refundable once a manual has been shipped.
